What would I work on?

You help us create the perfect customer success story. You help guide our customers through their journey, from start to finish. You will familiarize them with our product, teach them to understand how to use Flow and help them solve their problems. You will do this mainly through chat, email and giving webinars. We communicate with our customers in an informal, clear manner, and we appreciate it when you add a personal touch to the conversation with our customers.

As part of our Customer Success Team, you'll not only be the go-to person for customers, but also play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience and in improving our product. You like to take your own initiative to discuss your new ideas with the team and then develop them.

Our customer success tools

We have different tools available to do the job. And we continuously are looking for new ways to be in contact with our users and learn from them. 

  • Email, chat and social media
    Many customers share their ideas, wishes or bugs via one of these channels. We collect them in one place where you can keep track of all cases. We tag feature request so we can close the loop once the bug is solved or feature is live.
  • Website & guides
    On our website people can find instructions on how to use Flow. The guides are continuously being worked on and expanded.
  • Mixpanel
    You can learn from our users by studying the usage of our product.

Job Description

    We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who can:
  • Provide personalized, effective and insightful support for customers across multiple channels
  • Understand the different needs of our users and ensure that they can work successfully with Flow
  • You will constantly think about how we can make the product and our service even better
  • Work with our development teams to identify, reproduce and report bugs until they are resolved.
  • Maintain good customer relations
  • Support and advise our customers in choosing the right package
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Bonus point to be collected when:

  • You like to take initiative and you can work well independently
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented function (sales, customer support, hospitality, etc.)
  • You really want to take a new step and work hard for the long term.
  • The dynamics of a start-up suits your personality
  • Affinity with mobile applications, digital solutions
