You help us create the perfect customer success story. You help guide our customers through their journey, from start to finish. You will familiarize them with our product, teach them to understand how to use Flow and help them solve their problems. You will do this mainly through chat, email and giving webinars. We communicate with our customers in an informal, clear manner, and we appreciate it when you add a personal touch to the conversation with our customers.
As part of our Customer Success Team, you'll not only be the go-to person for customers, but also play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience and in improving our product. You like to take your own initiative to discuss your new ideas with the team and then develop them.
We have different tools available to do the job. And we continuously are looking for new ways to be in contact with our users and learn from them.
